Concrete crunching breaks up large bits of concrete using hydraulic claws. These claws can be handheld or attached to much larger construction vehicles for jobs that require more power or are in dangerous and hard-to-reach places.
Concrete crunching is often used in heavily populated areas, where disruption and noise need to be kept to a minimum. Unlike using pneumatic drills or heavy concrete cutting saws, concrete crunching is relatively quiet, since it uses applied force to small areas of concrete. It’s also relatively dust-free, as the heavy machinery usually has a flow of water to catch any dust that gets kicked up during the demolition.
Since this method is non-percussive, it also means that concrete crunchers can be used on specific parts of a building without damaging the surrounding materials; perfect if you’re only removing a single section of a building.
Diamond drilling is the best way to cut precisely measured holes into a variety of materials that would be impossible to manage with a regular drill bit. Diamond is one of the hardest materials, so using it in our tools makes it possible to cut holes in concrete, rock, wood, and metal.
Due to the unique shape of the drill bit and the accuracy of the tool itself, it’s extremely easy to get clean cuts of any size from under one centimetre to over one metre. The tool also doesn’t cause any structural damage to nearby building materials, unlike percussive tools like pneumatic drills that may crack the concrete.
Diamond drilling also uses a flow of water to catch and reduce the amount of concrete dust caused by the drilling. The end result is a clean, precise cut, without the health risks or mess you’d get from using other tools.
Robotic demolition services use an advanced type of remotely operated crane to handle heavier tasks. This equipment is controlled by our trained specialists, allowing them to bring heavy, but precise machinery into small or hard-to-reach places.
Since the robots are electrically powered, they can be used inside enclosed spaces, due to the lack of emissions given off.
This remote controlled equipment is often used in areas where there might be a higher risk of falling rocks or in harmful areas, such as damaged structures and even radioactive areas. They’re also tracked, with a powerful motor to drive them up rubble or stairs, making them ideal for getting to the areas that humans would struggle to access.
